Welcome to My Practice

Life can present with a host of difficult challenges….Perhaps       you feel stuck in a dead end job, gravitate toward unhealthy relationships and feel unworthy of happiness or a decent life. Possibly your child is struggling with gender identification issues and you don’t know who to turn to for help. Maybe you have a history of sexual fears, little or no sexual desire, or want to create more intimacy with your partner. trauma therapy - Boca Raton, FL

At Weiss Psychotherapy Group, I offer you a safe place to share your problems and concerns without judgment or blame. I use solution-focused methods to help you identify your core strengths and learn how to apply them toward your therapeutic goals.

Using cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, I can assist with changing negative beliefs about yourself, others and the world around you, and adopt healthier and more functional ones. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you uncover and resolve any childhood trauma that may be affecting your life today. I am also a Board-Certified Sex Therapist and have extensive training in transgender care therapy. With my compassionate support you can feel better about yourself, and move forward, to a brighter, more productive, and happier life.
